Roger is a public policy strategist with over 40 years of experience driving innovation in transportation, infrastructure, and climate policy. As Senior Policy Advisor at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, he led initiatives that helped secure $500M+ in infrastructure investments and positioned Pennsylvania as a national leader in vehicle automation safety, earning a President’s Award from AASHTO. At McKinsey, he advised clients on high-impact projects involving $1B+ in capital planning, electric vehicle infrastructure, and advanced mobility. Roger has collaborated with 13 states through the Transportation Climate Initiative and has directed communications and engagement strategies for global organizations with audiences in over 20 countries.
