As a Data Scientist & Strategy Specialist, she drives market analysis, digital transformation, and product-driven initiatives, including leading the end-to-end redesign of the firm’s website, translating user needs and business goals into a modern, scalable digital experience.

Beyond consulting, Sheetal serves as Operations Lead for the Mid-Colonial District of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), where she oversees operational planning, coordination, and execution across district initiatives, supporting transportation professionals and strengthening organizational effectiveness at scale.
