We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Engineer (PE) to join our team as a Project Manager, with a strong preference for candidates who also hold the Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification. This role is ideal for an experienced transportation or traffic engineering professional looking to lead impactful projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required. PTOE certification strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transportation or traffic engineering.
Demonstrated project management experience with state and local transportation agencies.
Strong knowledge of traffic analysis software (e.g., Synchro, HCS, VISSIM).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Candidates based in Pennsylvania or Maryland are strongly preferred due to project locations and client proximity.
