Most recently, Limoges served as Director of the Office of Traffic Safety and Mobility (OTSM) for the New York State Department of Transportation. During his more than 30-year career, he led nationally recognized initiatives including the Pedestrian Safety Action Plan, TSMO Connect, and NYSDOT's Emergency Transportation Operations Program.
